Ingredients
- 8 ounces hamburger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 pound macaroni
- 1 1/2 ounce grated romano cheese
- 1 minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
Directions

Preheat over to 425 degrees.

Brown hamburger in a skillet.

Then add onion, cinnamon, and nutmeg to hamburger.

Allow the mixture to cook until the onion is soft.

Add garlic, tomato paste, and oregano.

Cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in broth, water, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Add macaroni.

Boil until pasta is cooked.

In a bowl mix 1/4 cup heavy cream and corn starch.

Gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.

Remove from heat.

Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.

Add to a casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake in oven until melted.
