Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sausage or ham
- 1 Cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 5 well beaten eggs
Directions

Fry sausage until crisp; remove from pan. Remove all but 2 Tablespoons drippings. Add soft bread crumbs to drippings. Heat until crumbs are crisp and brown; remove crumbs.

Add milk and seasonings to eggs; scramble in sausage drippings. When nearly set, add crumbs and sausage.
