Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in shallow roasting pan . Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinammon and roast at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Stir often.

  2. Drizzle with

  3. 1/4 cup vegetable oil, then stir

  4. 1/2 cup honey, stir

  5. Lower temperature to 200 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Stir occadionally.

  6. Remove from oven, stir in 1 cup white or brown raisins. cool. Store in air tight containers
