Country Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 16 oz can pork and beans
  • 15.5 oz can kidney beans, drained
  • 15 to 16 oz can pinto beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar

Directions

  1. brown ground beef, bacon and onions in a large skillet over medium/high heat.

  2. Combine beef mixture with rest of the ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees in a 3 quart baking dish, covered for 40 to 45 minutes, or until it is bubbly.
