Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb cubed beef stew meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 c. beef broth
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut up
  • egg noodles
  • sour cream, optional

Directions

  1. In a greased 5-6 quart slow cooker stir together beef, soup, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, beef broth and garlic salt.

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. 15 to 20 minutes before serving add cream cheese and stir until it is all melted.

  4. 10 minutes before add egg noodles and stir until they are tender.
