Swedish Meatballs

Can use tablespoon if you do not have a melon ball maker.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c light sweet cream
- 1/4 lb ground veal
- 1/4 lb pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp onion juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 4 twists of a pepper mill
- 1/2 tsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp butter for frying
Directions

Soak breadcrumbs in cream.

Mix all meat together very well.

Add onion juice, salt, nutmeg, pepper, & sugar.

Stir melted butter into bread crumbs.

Mix into meat mixture.

Using melon ball maker form the meat into balls.

Place in skillet until brown.
