Chicken Fried Round Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak (1/2 in thick)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 c fine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c milk
- Salt & pepper
Directions

Cut steak into serving pieces & pound thoroughly.

Mix eggs & milk.

Dip meat into egg mixture then into cracker crumbs.

Brown slowly on both sides in hot fat.

Season with salt & pepper & cover lightly.

Cook over very low heat.
