Veal Roast

Can substitute shoulder blade with a rump roast.
If desired garnish finished dish with peach slices.

Cook time: 150 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2- 3 lb veal shoulder blade
  • 1 1/4 c (10 1/2 oz can) condensed golden mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Place roast fat side up in a 2 1/2- 3 qt covered casserole dish.

  2. Pour soup over roast and cover.

  3. Bake at 325 degrees until tender.

  4. Serve sauce over roast.

  5. To cook on top of range place in dutch oven & simmer covered.
