Veal Roast

Can substitute shoulder blade with a rump roast.
If desired garnish finished dish with peach slices.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2- 3 lb veal shoulder blade
- 1 1/4 c (10 1/2 oz can) condensed golden mushroom soup
Directions

Place roast fat side up in a 2 1/2- 3 qt covered casserole dish.

Pour soup over roast and cover.

Bake at 325 degrees until tender.

Serve sauce over roast.

To cook on top of range place in dutch oven & simmer covered.
