Italian Sausage

Ingredients
- 12 pieces of sausage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
Directions

Cut sausage into 3 inch pieces.

Cut green pepper into thin strips.

Dice the onion.

Open & drain can of mushrooms.

Spray baking dish with Pam.

Arrange vegetables & sausage in baking dish.

Bake at 375 degrees.

Turn over meat.

Finish baking.
