- - 300 – 350 g (1 head) cauliflower, cut into small florets
- - 1 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- - cinnamon (I used 2teaspoons)
- - sweetener (I used stevia, special for cooking, 2 tablespoons)

- Heat oven to 180°C

- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, melted coconut oil, sweetener and cinnamon. Make sure each piece is coated.

- Transfer to a baking sheet and spread in a single layer.

- Place in oven for about 30 minutes. Stir every five minutes to ensure the cauliflower is getting browned on all sides
