Ingredients
- 1-3 tsp ginger grated
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil (olive/sesame)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp whey
- 1 cup naturally fermented soy sauce
Directions

Mince & mash the garlic to a paste.

Mix with ginger then whisk in rest of the ingredients except the whey.

Ensure its all well mixed then add the whey, stir and leave in a mason jar on the counter overnight.

Bottle & refrigerate then use to marinade or as part of a stir fry sauce.
