Ingredients
- 1Tbsp olive oil
- 1lb. chicken breasts cut into 1-in pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can dices tomatoes, drained
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp white cooking wine
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 package Near East Coucous Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic, cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently or until garlic is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink inside.

Add tomatoes, lemon juice, cooking wine, green bell pepper and red pepper flakes; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan prepare couscous according to package directions. Serve chicken mixture over bed of couscous.
