Barbequed Honey Mustard Pork or Lamb Cutlets

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 800g pork or lamb cutlets
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T dijonnaise (or wholegrain seeded mustard)
  • 2 T white wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine oil, honey and dijonnaise (or seeded mustard).

  2. Spread over cutlets.

  3. Or: spread half over cutlets, retain remaining half to drizzle over cooked cutlets.

  4. Cook on heated oiled grill plate, or bbq or grill.

  5. Season to taste and serve with salad.
