Barbequed Honey Mustard Pork or Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients
- 800g pork or lamb cutlets
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T honey
- 2 T dijonnaise (or wholegrain seeded mustard)
- 2 T white wine vinegar
Directions

Combine oil, honey and dijonnaise (or seeded mustard).

Spread over cutlets.

Or: spread half over cutlets, retain remaining half to drizzle over cooked cutlets.

Cook on heated oiled grill plate, or bbq or grill.

Season to taste and serve with salad.
