Ingredients
- 2 lb pork loin or pork tenderloin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1-2 cups of chicken or beef stock, enough to almost cover meat in the slow cooker
- For the glaze:
- 5 TBSP raw honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBSP coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
- 1 TBSP tapioca flour

Combine garlic, sage and salt and pepper and mix pork in this

Place pork in slow cooker and cover with stock

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours

Just before pork is ready, prepare the glaze by combining ingredients in a small saucepan over the stove

Arrange pork on plate and cut across the grain or shred. Spoon glaze over pork and serve
