- 1 dsp chilli paste, grated ginger, 1 tsp cumin, 500g mince, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 onion, 1 tsp flour, 1 cup stock, 1 can chopped tomato, 2 garlic cloves, Italian herbs, 1 can kidney beans, coriander seperated and chopped, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, chilli flakes to ta

ion, pepper, carrot and garlic. Brown meat in butter then add onion and cook for 8.5 min. Add other carrot, pepper, chilli paste, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 7 min. Add garlic, ginger and flour. Add stock, tomato, herbs, sugar, chocolate and simmer for 10 min. Add coriander stalks. Add balsamic and black pepper bring to boil then cover and simmer for 1 hour. After 30 min add chickpeas. After 45 add kidney beans uncovered. Adjust seasoning cover and let sit for 10 min before serving with fresh coriander leaves.
