Prawn arrabiata pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, 1 can plum tomatoes, herbs, black pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, pinch sugar, juice of half a lemon, cooked prawns, pasta, rocket, feta, evo.

Directions

  1. Saute garlic till fragrant then add tomatoes breaking them up. Add sugar, chilli, herbs and lemon juice and let simmer on low till pasta cooks. Add prawns in the last 5 min. To assemble put pasta, sauce, rocket, feta, drizzle of evo.
