Easy Chocolate Brownie

Can also serve as a dessert with Raspberry Couli and yoghurt or cream

Serves 16 people

Ingredients
- 125 g butter, melted
- 1 C caster sugar
- 1/4 C cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 C chocolate chips
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except choc chips, and mix well.

Add the chocolate chips lastly.

Bake in 20cm square, paper-lined tin at 180oC approx 30 minutes.

Cut into squares when cool to serve.

Dust with icing sugar.
