Easy Chocolate Brownie

Can also serve as a dessert with Raspberry Couli and yoghurt or cream

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 16 people

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 1 C caster sugar
  • 1/4 C cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3/4 C chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except choc chips, and mix well.

  2. Add the chocolate chips lastly.

  3. Bake in 20cm square, paper-lined tin at 180oC approx 30 minutes.

  4. Cut into squares when cool to serve.

  5. Dust with icing sugar.
