Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steaks (3/4" thick), cut into strips
- 1 pouch (9 oz.) Campbell’s Skillet Sauces Fire Roasted Tomato
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 cups Uncle Ben’s Original Long Grain Rice
Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef sirloin and cook until browned

Stir in Campbell’s Fire Roasted Skillet Sauce and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through.

Cook rice according to package directions.

Serve over cooked rice.
