Mini Taco Bowls

Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sheddred cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Microwave tortillas on high for 30 seconds.

  3. Line 8 muffin cups with a tortilla; leaving opening in center for filling.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, brown meat in a large skillet.

  6. Drain.

  7. Stir in salsa.

  8. Bring to a boil.

  9. Simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

  10. Spoon meat mixture into tortilla bowls.

  11. Top with remaining ingredients.
