Marinated Chicken Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup italian salad dressing
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium tomatos, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil

Directions

  1. Pour 1/4 cup italian salad dressing over chicken in a large baking dish or plastic bag.

  2. Cover or close.

  3. Marinate in refridgerator for 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  4. Combine tomatos, onion, and basil with 1/4 cup italian salad dressing.

  5. Cover and marinate in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Remove chicken from marinade.

  7. Discard marinade.

  8. Grill or broil chicken, turning once.

  9. Baste liberally with last 1/4 cup of italian salad dressing.

  10. Continue to cook until chicken is done.

  11. Serve with tomato over top of chicken.
