Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins.
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
Directions

Mix marinade items together.

Pour over tenderloins.

Marinade in refridgerator to 30 minutes to 3 hours.
