Mango & Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c chopped peeled mango
- 1 c sliced green onions
- 1/2 c cooked wild or brown rice
- 3 T finely chopped cilantro
- 2 T roasted tomatillo or fresh salsa
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 T olive oil (I do not use any)
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans rinsed and drained

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
