Sticky pancetta-wrapped sausages with honey and mustard

Ingredients

  • 12 thin slices smoked pancetta
  • 12 thin good-quality pork sausages
  • 2 tbsp English or Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp clear honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C/fan 180˚C/gas 6. Tightly wrap a pancetta slice around each sausage and place in a lightly oiled roasting tin. Season and place in the oven for 20 minutes, gently turning the sausages during cooking so they colour evenly.

  2. Mix the mustard and honey together and add to the tin. Turn the sausages to coat and return to the oven for 7 minutes or until they are well-coloured.
