Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • •1 (8 oz) pkg reduced fat cream cheese
  • •1 cup powdered sugar
  • •1 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. Once the cake is cooled prepare the frosting.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the frosting ingredients with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.

  3. Spread or pipe the frosting over the cooled bars. Makes 36 bars.
