Ingredients
- 1 cup stone ground polenta
- 2 cups rye flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 5 eggs

Grease cans with butter.

Mix all of the above. Bake at 350 or until golden brown.
