Kale Feta Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 and little bit cup Kale
  • 1/3 cup and a half feta
  • Olive Oil
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Basil

Directions

  1. Kale, wilt the kale in olive oil (using wok)

  2. Beat eggs and put spices in the eggs

  3. Oil the baking pan

  4. Layer it kale on bottom, cheese, eggs

  5. Don’t stir, but make sure egg covers it sorta

  6. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min.

  7. (Used square glass pan)
