Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can Black beans (drained)
  • 2 T ICBINB or Smart Balance spread (melted)
  • 1/2 teas. garlic powder
  • 1/2 teas. onion powder
  • 1/4 teas salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Bake for 15 mins at 350 topping with 1/2 cup favorite shredded cheese.
