Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 3 cups warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 cups flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
Directions

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water with sugar.

Add 2 cups water and salt.

Add flour and knead

Oil and leave to rise 4 hours

Punch air out and leave to rise again.

Preheat oven to 260C

Divide dough into 11 parts. Sprinkle top with sesame.

Bake on cornmeal dusted trays 8 mins.

Flip and bake for 4 mins.
