Ingredients
- Balls
- 450g flour
- 5ml yeast
- 30ml parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salsa
- 30ml oil
- 6 chillies
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1" ginger root
- 450g tomatoes
- 1 pinch sugar
Directions

Make dough and knead 10 mins.

Allow to rise 1 hour

Puree salsa.

Simmer 15 mins but DO NOT BOIL

Form 40 balls and fry 4-5 mins
