Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 9-11 oz frozen creamed spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced, optional
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Chop artichoke hearts and place in small bowl. Stir in spinach.

  2. Fold in mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix in cheese and garlic. Spoon into a small baking dish. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
