Garam Masala Chickpeas on Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
- jasmine rice
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1-2 tsp dried chili flakes
- 14-oz can chickpeas, drained
- 14-oz can tomatoes
- 2-3 tbsp cream
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat a few tbsp of olive oil.

Cook garam masala and chili flakes over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.

Add drained chickpeas; cook for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and bring to a fast simmer.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking up tomatoes.

When the sauce has reduced a little, stir in the cream.

Serve over rice.
