Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 TBS Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup Low Fat Milk
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Dashes Hot Sauce
- 8oz Cooked and Drained Macaroni
- 2 TBS Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Paprika

Mix Cornstarch and milk in a sauce pan, bring to a low boil

Reduce heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until slightly thickened, remove from heat

Combine cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, onion, mustard, MRs. Dash, pepper, hot sauce and cooked macaroni in saucepan, mix well.

Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs, and paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
