- 2 - 2-1/2 c flour
- 1 t yeast
- 1/2 c cornmeal
- salt & sugar
- 1-1/4 c water @ 120deg
Directions

Combine:

1 c flour, yeast, water, salt & sugar.

Let rest.

Add 1/2 c cornmeal, 1 – 1/2 c flour to make soft dough.

Knead gently – don’t overdo.

Rise.

Greased pan, dusted with cornmeal.
