Ingredients
- Ciabatta loaf, split
- Canned tuna
- 1/4 c sliced pitted olives
- (8 anchovies)
- 1 Tb drained capers
- 1/2 sm red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 lg tomato, thinly sliced
- white vine vinegar
- 7 basil leaves
Directions

Drizzle bread w/oil, season w/salt & pepper.

Spread tuna over loaf.

Scatter olives, anchovies, capers.

Top w/onion, bell pepper.

Drizzle with oil, vinegar to taste.

Basil.

Close loaf. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Cover w/dish towel.

Weigh down with something heavy (books) 2-4hrs, flipping over once.
