Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1-Can Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
  • 1-Can of Sweet Corn Drained and Rinsed
  • 1-Can of Pinto Beans Drained and Rinsed
  • 2-Cans of Green Chili
  • 1-Carton of Swanson’s Chicken Broth
  • 1-Can of Cream of Chicken
  • 1-Can of Green Enchilada Sauce (you can also use red if you like Red but I green
  • Seasoning’s
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lawers seasoning to taste
  • Chili powder to taste

Directions

  1. Place all of these items listed above in a large pot and heat bring to a boil stir often the beans will burn let boil for 5 to 10 min. Reduce heat to keep warm.

  2. 1lbs-hamburger

  3. In a separate skillet place hamburger meat in skillet and brown once browned drain grease and then add Taco seasoning to meat along with 2/3 cup of water let simmer for 10 min.

  4. Place hamburger meat in pot with all vegetables bring back to a boil for 5 min shut heat off let sit until it is eatable and enjoy

  5. This Makes a lot of soup unsure on the amount of people that it will feed.

  6. Optional

  7. 1-Can of White Hominy Drained and Rinsed

  8. You don’t have to use beef you can use chicken breast it is very tasty also do everything the same way but put the taco seasoning in the pot with everything else. I boil my chicken then place it in a pan to sear the outside put it in the pot with everything else.
