Vegetable Stock

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • celery
  • leek
  • onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • soy
  • peppercorns
  • parsley
  • bay leaf
  • thyme

Directions

  1. Roast vegetables 425/40min.

  2. Remove to stock pot.

  3. Deglaze pan with 1 c boiling water, add to pot.

  4. Add 7 c water, seasonings.

  5. Simmer 30min.

  6. Strain.
