Ingredients
- 4 lb pork shoulder
- 1 diced onion
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c molasses
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 Tb Worc.
- salt and pepper
Directions

If desired, brown meat.

Place in slow cooker.

Saute onion 5 min, deglaze w/vinegar.

Add to meat along with remaining items.
