Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp(or pie)

Mixture of 2 recipes, one from Epicurious(filling part) and one from Ina Garten(Crisp part)

Ingredients
- 3.5 cups strawberries
- 3.5 cups rhubarb
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starchh
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- (Ina Garten additions-sometimes add, sometimes not!)
- 1/3 c fresh orange juice
- 1 t grated orange zest
- Crisp
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c quick cooking oats
- 12 T cold, diced butter
Directions

Filling: Mix everything together…if using orange juice, dissolve corn starch in orange juice and then add to rest of ingredients.

Crisp: Mix all ingredients except butter…cut in butter.

Bake in an 8×11 pan for crisp, top and bottom pie crust for pie.
