White Gull Coleslaw

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 6 cups grated cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup grated celery
  • 1/4 cup grated radishes
  • 2 TBSP onion, grated
  • SLAW SAUCE:
  • 3/4 tsp celery salt
  • 3/4 tsp caraway seed
  • 1 TBSP vinegar
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1 cup "Miracke Whip" type salad dressing

Directions

  1. Mix slaw sauce together first, and stir until smooth and blended.

  2. Just prior to serving, pour slaw sauce over vegetables, and stir well to combine.

  3. Serve well chilled.
