Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • hard boiled eggs
  • miracle whip or mato
  • ketchup
  • dry ground mustard (powder)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  1. After eggs are cooked and cooled, peel them and cut each egg in half.

  2. Pop out the yolks.

  3. Mash yolks and add a small squirt of ketchup, about a 1/2 tsp dry mustard, a little salt and pepper (to taste), and enough mayo to make a thick creamy mixture.

  4. Spoon into the whites.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
