Pretzel Jello

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 8 ounce block cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 large box red jello
  • berries if desired

Directions

  1. Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together and press into the bottom of a 9 by 3 inch pan.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, pineapple and cool whip together and spoon onto the cooled crust.

  4. Mix the jello according to package directions adding berries if desired.

  5. Let partially set, then pour onto cream cheese mixture.
