Maria’s slow cooked beef

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 pound beef brisket or roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • Onion to taste

Directions

  1. Cut slits in roast.

  2. Add ingredients and season to taste.

  3. Cook all day on low.
