- 250g Flour
- 2.5g Baking Powder
- 7.5g Salt
- 200g Sugar
- 100g Oil
- 115g Egg Yolks
- 225g Water
- 200g Egg Whites
- .5 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 150g Sugar
Directions

Sift Dry ingredients together in a large bowl

Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.

Add to dry ingredients.

Whip Egg Whites, Cr. of Tartar, and Sugar until stiff peaks form.
