Awesome Almond Smoothie

Add 1/2 cup iced coffee for an extra dose of antioxidants!

Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup kale (lightly packed, stems removed)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/8 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
