Rise & Shine Smoothie

Blend 1/4 cup raw or cooked oats for thicker texture and more energy fueling carbs!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado (peeled, pitted, cubed)
  • 2 tbsp canned sweet potato
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
