  • 3/4 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 3 tbsp. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
