Ingredients
- crepes
- 1 pk fzn chopped spinach - (10 oz)
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup slivered smoked ham
- 1 Recipe bechamel
- 1 cup ricotta cheese mixed with 1 egg
- 1/2 cup slivered roasted peppers
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Cook the spinach in 2 tablespoons olive oil oil along with the minced garlic and if desired the slivered ham or Proscuitto.

Lightly butter a 9-inch deep pie plate and center a crepe in the bottom.

Top with spinach filling and 1/2 cup of the bechamel.

Center a crepe on top of spinach filling and spread it with ricotta cheese and pepper filling.

Repeat until you end with a crepe.

Spoon cheese sauce over the top of the tower and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. 325/30 min
