Dried Plums Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 pitted prunes (dried plums)
  • 1 cup organic apple juice (preferably fresh-squeezed)
  • 1 cup of crushed ice (using filtered water)
  • 1 cup of organic Kefir or plain organic yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
