Ingredients
- 6 pitted prunes (dried plums)
- 1 cup organic apple juice (preferably fresh-squeezed)
- 1 cup of crushed ice (using filtered water)
- 1 cup of organic Kefir or plain organic yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
- Pinch of Nutmeg
