- 2 cups broccoli

- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 T molasses
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 t ginger or
- 1/4 t dried ginger
- 2 t cornstarch
