Ingredients
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 6 c stock
- 3 TB soy
- 1 t pepper
- 1 c peas
- 3/4 lb white fish filet (or ground beef)
- 2 TB cornstarch
- 2 egg whites, lightly btn
- chopped cilantro or kale or spinach
Directions

Saute onion 10 just til brown.

Add all but 1/4 c stock, then soy, pepper, peas, fish.

Simmer gently 5-10 min.

Combine cornstarch w/1-4 c stock.

Add egg whites to soup, stirring.

Add cornstarch, stirring.

When thick, add greens.
